Checkr has over 100,000 customers including DoorDash, Coinbase, Lyft, Instacart, and Airtable.Reporting into the Director of Product Quality Operations, the Senior Manager, Operations (QA) will be responsible for overseeing a large team of global compliance professionals, ensuring optimal performance, productive collaboration, and the consistent delivery of high-quality services for Checkr and its customers.The Senior Manager will also play a key strategic role in managing and streamlining compliance-based workflows and processes that directly support Checkr's products and customer base. This will be a highly cross-functional role that will collaborate closely with Operations, Product & Engineering, and Legal, as well as external vendors.This role will be based in our Denver, Colorado hub.

What you’ll doLead and manage a global workforce of 50+ team members responsible for industry compliance, system accuracy, and general product operationsOwn key performance metrics like turnaround time and quality that directly influence department and company top-line goalsUse data to proactively optimize processes, creatively solve problems and track results to ensure maximum possible accuracy of team’s workDrive continuous improvement in team decision-making and processes, and deliver remediation plansCollaborate with stakeholders to identify and investigate complex compliance risk issues and solve problems at the root causesCommunicate cross-functionally to ensure timely resolutions and information integrity.
