This role will report into the VP of 1LMX Deployment and Integration.Your MissionAs the Transformation Deployment Director, you will be responsible for driving deployment of 1LMX releases across all Lockheed Martin Business Areas (BA). This will include putting into place strong release management practices and working across 1LMX portfolios to ensure they are adhering to the standards needed to be successful with all deployments. Beyond deployment, you will also drive daily support and help accelerate the legacy systems migration into the the 1LMX portfolio of applications. Additionally, you will help build out our Ahead of Ready plans for all legacy systems and work plans across BA Digital Transformation Officers (DTOs) and application directors.This role is fully remote, but will require travel ~30%.What’s In It For YouFrom onsite to remote, we offer flexible work schedules to comprehensive benefits investing in your future and security. Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this Position:

4x10 hour day, 3 days off per weekPay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $180,000 - $300,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.Benefits offered:
