for all employees that respects their individual strengths, views, and experiences.Title and SummaryDirector, Product Management - Credit Risk OverviewAs a Product Manager in the Data & Services Credit Risk Analytics team, you will be responsible for building and scaling credit risk products, defining product-level strategies, and being a communications champion internally and externally. Additionally, you will partner with product leaders and key internal stakeholders to deliver profitable solutions based on customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and market trends. In this role, you will oversee product evolution, establish a go-to-market strategy, optimize products and resources, implement incremental improvements, conduct ongoing care and maintenance, and manage P&L.ResponsibilitiesDrive tangible data-driven business outcomes at the product level and optimize product performance.Interpret and apply program vision and strategy to product strategy and roadmap, communicating it to key stakeholders.Leverage the Studio framework to manage ongoing innovation and enhancements.Drive a user-centric culture of data-driven experimentation, continuously assessing and enhancing the product user experience.Demonstrate depth of knowledge of the product and its ecosystem, applying this knowledge to develop winning product strategies.Drive the delivery of key product enhancements and partner with Guild members.Understand the Software Development Lifecycle and manage barriers to deliver capabilities on time and budget.Leverage data to identify product performance challenges and create proactive plans.Ensure the organization is enabled to sell focus products by creating compelling communications and marketing content.Lead cross-functional teams in the development of business requirements to achieve product objectives.Advocate for an agile approach to product development.Work closely with Business Development teams to refine and act on GTM approach.Demonstrate commitment to continuous learning by leveraging the learning & development curriculum.Demonstrate and drive Mastercard Way behaviors.ExperiencesExperience in Product Management or new product development.Ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases.Demonstrated ability to operate with independence and autonomy.Proven track record of data-driven decision making.Extensive experience building and launching products.Knowledge of Credit Risk trends is a plus.Ability to communicate effectively with executives, peers, and staff.Experience building relationships and influencing executive leadership.Experience translating strategies into product launches in multiple markets.Successful track record managing P&L for multiple projects.Action-oriented & hands-on.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Creative, fun, self-motivated individual.Mastercard is an inclusive equal opportunity employer that considers applicants without regard to gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, disability, or veteran status.Corporate Security ResponsibilityAll activities involving access to Mastercard assets and networks come with an inherent risk, and it is expected that every person working for Mastercard is responsible for information security and must:Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices.Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed.Report any suspected information security violation or breach.Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard’s guidelines.In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience, and other qualifications for the role.
