Job Description:
This role involves managing the full cycle of accounts receivable processes, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and collaborating closely with property accountants.
Key Responsibilities:
Process daily lockbox transactions and monitor tenant cash receipts.
Collaborate with property accountants for accurate tenant payment allocations.
Record tenant sales for percentage rent income billing and post monthly sales reports.
Apply cash to tenant accounts and assist in preparing monthly statements.
Calculate and post management fees, late fees, and utility recoveries.
Support the monthly closing process and assist with various accounting tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
3-5+ years of full-cycle Accounts Receivable experience in a related industry.
Proficiency in Yardi and advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
Additional Details:
In-office role, Monday through Friday, 8:45 AM - 5 PM.
Background check required upon offer acceptance.
Start date as soon as possible.
