We’re here to help our colleagues achieve success and offer an inclusive and collaborative culture where your voice is valued.As a Corporate Sales Manager, you are responsible for establishing relationships and securing a Corporate Client base with annual Gross Booking volumes of $3M or less that will use Amex GBT Egencia for all their travel needs.This individual contributor role is focused on acquiring Mid-Market clients, building influential relationships, and developing senior-level contacts to drive revenue growth and increase Amex GBT Egencia’s market share by demonstrating Amex GBT Egencia's superior software and services.Candidates within a commutable range of the Chicago office will only be considered at this time as there is an expectation of in-office presence weekly.What You'll Do:Sales Generation:
Drive new sales from prospective clients, support the implementation process, and address critical post-launch needs.Target Achievement:
Meet and exceed monthly sales, transaction, and Key Performance Indicator targets.Pipeline Management:
Maintain accurate records of daily activities and pipeline progress.Product Knowledge:
Develop deep knowledge of Amex GBT Egencia products and services, deliver compelling presentations, and align value propositions with prospect goals.Prospecting:
Respond to leads from marketing efforts, develop self-generated opportunities, and maintain an active pipeline through our full suite of sales management tools provided.Collaboration:
Work cross-functionally with Account Management, Marketing, Business Development, and Implementation, among other teams, to ensure success from end-to-end and identify cross-selling opportunities.Objection Handling:
Overcome objections and secure commitments from prospects.What We're Looking For:Sales Achiever:
History of exceeding sales targets in a SaaS and/or travel consultative environment. Ideally 3-5 years of sales experience.CRM Proficiency:
Advanced proficiency in pipeline management, preferably with Salesforce.Active Prospector:
Build and prioritize a pipeline of opportunities based on value, sales cycle length, and win probability.Industry Knowledge:
Stay updated on industry trends, attend events, and network within professional and industry societies.Results-Oriented:
Demonstrates a competitive, driven attitude and quickly adapts to different situations.Interpersonal Skills:
Uses appropriate communication methods to gain acceptance for products and services.Tenacious Networker:
Establish, maintain, and expand business relationships, including cold contacts.Client-Focused:
Effectively identify client needs and configure solutions that deliver value.Market Awareness:
Understands market/industry key competitors, challenges, technology, trends, and regulations.LocationThe US national annual base salary range for this position is from $50,000 to $100,000. The national range provided includes the base salary that Egencia expects to pay for the role.
