The role

SoFi at Work, established in 2014, began with a mission to help employees refinance their student debt. Today, we've partnered with over 1,000 organizations, broadening our offerings to assist individuals at every stage of their financial journey through financial education, product perks, and contribution benefits.

SoFi at Work is in a critical phase of growth, and we're building a talented Sales Operations team to maintain momentum. As a Senior Analyst in Sales Operations, you will act as a strategic partner to our sales leadership team, aligning go-to-market strategies across functions. You'll help design and manage our sales operations while collaborating closely with Sales Development to drive key growth initiatives. Your contributions will position SoFi at Work to meet ambitious goals.

What you'll do:

Sales Strategy:

Collaborate with sales leadership to shape strategy across Sales Development, Solutions Consultants, and Account Executives.Pipeline Management & Forecasting:

Own pipeline management processes and activity tracking to ensure accurate sales forecasting and opportunity management.Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with cross-functional teams including Finance and Marketing to manage royalty payments and improve lead management.Reporting & Analysis:

Develop new reporting frameworks to monitor the health of the sales funnel and identify growth opportunities.Vendor Management:

Coordinate with external vendors and technology partners to optimize sales tools, ensure alignment, and manage renewals.Data Hygiene & Quality:

Ensure data integrity across CRM systems and other tools by establishing strong data hygiene practices.Process Automation:

Optimize processes and workflows to increase productivity and drive revenue growth.

What you'll need:

3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or sales operations.Expertise in Salesforce or other key CRM systems.Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.Proven ability to develop insights and drive significant improvements in sales performance.Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to shift between strategic and tactical tasks.

Nice to have:

Experience with sales tools like Gong, Salesloft, Outreach, and Tableau.Familiarity with sales forecasting models and CRM systems such as Salesforce.Exposure to B2B enterprise sales processes and SaaS metrics.Ability to design automation workflows to improve sales productivity.

Compensation and Benefits

The base pay range for this role is listed below. Final base pay offer will be determined based on individual factors such as the candidate's experience, skills, and location.
