Join us in shaping the future of industry through innovation, collaboration, and relentless pursuit of excellence.Project Leadership : Lead and manage consulting projects, ensuring successful project execution, client satisfaction, and high-quality outcomes.Research & Analysis : Conduct comprehensive research on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Analyze data to develop insights and support client engagements.Client Engagement : Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their challenges and objectives. Develop and deliver tailored solutions that provide value and exceed client expectations.Project Management : Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of consulting projects. Ensure tasks are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.Sales Support : Assist in business development activities by generating leads, supporting throughout the sales lifecycle, and contributing to proposals and presentations to secure new projects and partnerships.Thought Leadership : Stay updated on industry developments and share insights through publications, presentations, and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.Mentorship : Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants, fostering their professional development and enhancing team capabilities.Collaboration : Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the team and across the organization. Encourage knowledge sharing and cross-functional teamwork.Anforderungen

Education:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.Master’s degree is a plus.Experience:Minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting or a related field.Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex business challenges and develop innovative solutions.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.Proven ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, with a focus on understanding client needs and delivering value.Strong project management skills, with experience in leading and managing consulting projects from inception to successful completion.Experience in generating leads and supporting business development activities.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.In-depth understanding of strategic planning, business process optimization, and organizational change management.Preferred Qualifications:Certifications: Agile certification and/or experience is preferred.Industry Exposure: Experience or internship in industries such as automotive, manufacturing, or aerospace is advantageous.Percentage of required travel: up to 100%Physical requirements:This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, cameras, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, climb stairs on occasion with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to effectively work and complete tasks in an open office/noisy environment.Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time while traveling in a car or airplane.Unternehmensprofil
