We are seeking an experienced Subscription Manager to lead and manage our subscription-based revenue model. As the Subscription Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximize customer acquisition, retention, and growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our subscription offerings align with customer needs and drive long-term value for the company. This is an individual contributor position reporting to the Executive Director - Head of Business, Kohler Ventures.
Specific Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital app subscription strategies to drive growth.
Identify and implement new opportunities for app subscription revenue streams.
Collaborate with Product to optimize pricing and positioning of subscription offerings.
Design and execute initiatives to attract new app subscribers through targeted marketing campaigns.
Work closely with the Customer Success Manager to develop and manage customer retention programs, loyalty programs, and benefits.
Analyze customer feedback and subscription data to identify trends and opportunities.
Utilize data analytics tools to track subscription KPIs, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Create a cohesive customer journey from marketing to user acquisition to paid subscriptions.
Continuously refine subscription models based on data insights and industry trends.
Reports to Commercial & Growth Lead, Kohler Ventures.
Collaborates closely with other members of the Kohler Ventures Commercial team and Customer Success.
Skills/Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in subscription management and customer retention, preferably in the wellness and tech industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Experience with subscription management platforms and CRM tools.
Proven track record of driving subscription growth and reducing churn.
Previous experience working in a wellness or tech startup is a plus.
Positive, can-do attitude with a strong sense of ownership and ability to drive work forward.
Travel requirement: Up to 10%.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
The approved base salary range for this position is $101,600 - $128,300. The actual base salary offered to a candidate may be higher than the approved range depending on experience, education, and work location. This position is subject to Area Salary Differential (Cost of Living Adjustment) that ranges from 24.5%-30% of base salary for the San Francisco Bay area. The approved base salary range including ASD for this position is $132,080 - $166,790 depending on location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and a special project incentive. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401k.
