Regional Director

to lead our sales efforts across a designated region. Reporting directly to the Regional Vice President, the Regional Director will be responsible for managing a team of Territory Managers and driving new business acquisition within the assigned territory. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in the medical device industry, particularly in selling into complex and disruptive environments.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership : Directly manage a team of Territory Managers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the achievement of sales targets and objectives.Sales Strategy:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive new business acquisition and market expansion within the region.Customer Engagement:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), and key stakeholders within the healthcare ecosystem.Market Analysis:

Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Success, Account Management to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.Performance Management:

Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.Training and Development : Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team, ensuring continuous professional development.Compliance:

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and company policies.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field (advanced degree preferred).10+ years of experience in medical device sales, with a demonstrated track record of success in selling into complex and disruptive environments.5+ years of leadership experience, preferably in a regional or national sales management role.Strong understanding of the healthcare industryPrior experience selling into the ED and/or ICUExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, drive revenue growth, and exceed targets.Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed.A candidate’s final salary offer will be based on their skills, education, work location and experience, and thus it may differ from the posted range. Compensation may also include bonuses consistent with Ceribell’s corporate compensation plan.
