Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.2 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital or private equity role, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.Preferred qualifications:MBA or Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.Experience managing and delivering project components.Excellent problem-solving skills, including the ability to distill insights from data and present recommendations.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.About the job:The Business Strategy and Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations and help evolve early-stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.In this role, you work with Large Customer Sales (LCS) to test the newest alpha and beta products in an effort to scale the product to launch. You streamline the recruitment process for client testers, triage escalations and bugs to expedite resolutions and ensure the product is working as intended, systematically collect qualitative and quantitative feedback for product improvements via surveys, interviews, meetings, and assess overall product readiness for launch. We are looking for someone who is motivated, takes initiative and is looking to work on the newest up-and-coming products for Performance (Automation, Search, Shopping, Measurement) or YouTube/Video.The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $93,000-$136,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Learn more about benefits at Google.Responsibilities:Deliver complex, cross-functional projects with ownership of select initiatives, partnering with stakeholders across multiple Google product areas to achieve business and partnership goals.Provide data-driven recommendations to executive leaders on high-priority topics, such as partnership and go-to-market strategies, identifying opportunities for growth and resolving operational inefficiencies.Provide day-to-day strategy and operations support to executive leaders in the Global Partnerships organization (e.g., Directors and Vice Presidents), developing clear and simple communications to influence decision-making.Solve problems with multiple solutions, applying a wide range of tools and approaches to develop outcomes.
