QUALIFICATIONS:
College degree preferred
Minimum of three years recreation or social event planning experience preferred
5 years of licensed driving experience
Compassionate, patient and good communication skills
Direct Care Staff Training and Competency Test for Personal Care Homes (PCH) and Assisted Living Residences (ALR) required for Pennsylvania communities
Be vaccinated for the flu (during flu season)
