You will work with a team of amazing IoT device identification and security professionals to help identify, monitor and protect the ever-growing number of Internet of Things devices in our vast customer base. This is one of the fastest growing areas of cybersecurity today and we offer a great opportunity to help shape this relatively new landscape and make a real impact in securing the future of IoT.Your ImpactAs an IoT security software engineer, you will:Design and develop software for IoT security engine in our cloud-based software componentsAnalyze network traffic data, research network protocols and IoT devices, discover their attributes, behavior, vulnerabilities and risks, help secure customer IoT assetsUtilize ML technologies or work with ML engineers to analyze data, detect threats, and discover insightsSupport customer trials and handle customer issuesLead and coordinate projectsDrive innovation, design and refactoring effortsQualifications

Your ExperienceBS/MS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or equivalent military experience required; prefer MS degree or above5+ years of work experience in related fieldsGood Knowledge of Computer networking in general, Ethernet, TCP/IP in particularGood Knowledge in medical, industrial ICS or other IoT/OT is preferredGood programming skills in one or more programming or scripting languages, Java, Python, Go or C/C++ are preferredPrior Experience with IoT devices is a plusExperience with TCPDUMP, Wireshark or similar tools is a plusFamiliarity with cloud technologies is a plusFamiliarity with network security is a plusExperience with one or more security areas below is a plus:IDS/IPSApplication based firewallSecurity vulnerability detection and monitoringClient device signatureMalware attacksNetwork device discovery toolsGood communication skills, creative thinker and team playerCuriosity and passion about Computer Networking and SecurityAdditional Information

For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $126,000/yr to $204,500/yr. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus.
