YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO OUR SUCCESS!The Operations Manager – Quality Assurance contributes to AHF’s mission by designing, implementing, and improving QA processes and methodologies to ensure the Public Health Division embodies the highest quality.
This role will be critical in evaluating and improving QA processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the program. Involved with contractual audits, metrics, and stakeholder meetings, this individual will ensure compliance with financial reporting, grant deliverables, and client/employee safety. They will assist the Director of Operations in implementing operational strategies aligned with the company's long-term goals. This individual will be cross-trained in other departments to foster current processes and create new methods of efficiency.
This individual will provide and create systems on Quality Assurance measures and practices (Domo, Salesforce) and play an important role in ensuring programmatic outcomes are met.
