With strong leadership, you will have the opportunity to learn, collaborate and deliver together with some of the best and most creative minds in the industry.Essential FunctionsAs a Staff Engineer, you will assist in conducting aggregations with consideration to metadata management, GenAI use cases, contribute towards building taxonomy dependencies, and availability across products.You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to both strategic and tactic planning and execution to continuously advance the platform's vision and mission.You will build tools and complex automation processes that assist in transforming, managing, accessing, deploying, and monitoring data in real time.Experience in continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery in mind.Participating in negotiations with product and business owners to determine feasibility of technical design and confirm what is needed for the roadmap to be successful.Working with senior team leads, working on the technical roadmaps, working with development managers and teams to identify and resolve technical challenges, and working with different products and data science teams to streamline the feature request and model onboarding.Collaborating with other teams (e.g., Product owners, business partners) to identify and clarify business requirements and determine business needs.This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
