Job Description - Supply Chain Systems Manager (240002NB)DescriptionFacilitates and manages the optimization of all Supply Chain Information Systems (SCIS), as well as all other automated systems activities within the Supply Chain department. Recommends, implements, and maintains systems configuration and maintenance, reporting, role assignment, content and data management. Functions as the Supply Chain liaison with CNH Information Services, Surgical Services, and Financial Services departments on systems issues and maintains contact with related systems software vendors. Educates and trains users on Supply Chain specific functionality and design. Provides input on systems related issues to the Supply Chain Services leadership team. Manages the Supply Chain data analytics processes and team members.QualificationsMinimum EducationBachelor's Degree (Required)Master's Degree (Preferred)Minimum Work Experience6 years of experience in supply chain systems and operations, data analytics (Required)Functional AccountabilitiesSystem ManagementOversight of department activities related to the implementation and maintenance of the Supply Chain Information Systems (SCIS).Acts as an immediate liaison internal and externally with customers including but not limited to purchasing, distribution, value analysis, revenue integrity, finance, surgical services and information services on all CNH Supply Chain systems issues.Manages and directs configuration and maintenance, reporting, role assignment, testing and content and data management within all Supply Chain Information Systems including but not limited to enterprise resource planning (ERP), Blue Bin, SharePoint, Bartender, GHX, EMR, Smart Scan, Microsoft Access databases.Manages the data collection, analysis, interpretation, integration and reporting processes available among reporting tools.Manages systems content and integration points and collaborates with Information Services on technical jobs and error resolution.Manages and executes vision for accurate and robust data for all Supply Chain information systems.Project Management and TrainingFormulates and defines the scope and objectives of SCIS and other projects as assigned.Ensures functional accuracy, completes impact analysis and performs appropriate system testing before introducing changes into the production environment.Maintains functional and technical skill base current, as well as, learns and applies skills to all SCIS application development.Manages SCIS system upgrades and releases and advocates for Supply Chain business requirements with Information Services to resolve system problems effectively and independently.Communicates plans and delegates tasks to appropriate department staff during system updates and releases.Provides training services and initiates training models and content that lead to increased adoption and performance effectiveness of all Supply Chain Information Systems.Data AnalyticsResponsible for support and oversight of the SCIS Team with strategic vision for supply expense reduction while increasing clinical quality, and maintaining patient safety objectives.Designs, develops, and manages all content and data reports for Supply Chain.Manages and delegates departmental data related projects to reach the strategic vision of the organization.Primary Location
