We support organizations in navigating the complex cybersecurity landscape, ensuring they achieve and maintain compliance while managing risks effectively.Position Summary:RSI Security is seeking a Technical Project Manager with a background in cybersecurity and risk management to lead and oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of cybersecurity projects. The Technical Project Manager will ensure that RSI’s projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with security regulations and client needs. You will collaborate with cybersecurity engineers, compliance experts, and external clients to deliver tailored security solutions.Roles & Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end management of cybersecurity and risk management projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and budgets.Work with internal teams and external clients to define project objectives, deliverables, and security requirements.Manage project schedules, resources, and tasks using project management methodologies, ensuring smooth and timely delivery of cybersecurity services.Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales and the technical advisory and consulting team to execute projects aligned with security best practices.Ensure projects comply with cybersecurity frameworks and regulations, such as PCI, SOC 2, NIST, PCI DSS, HIPAA/HITRUST, and ISO 27001.Identify potential security risks and collaborate with technical teams to develop mitigation strategies.Prepare and present project status updates and risk assessments to both internal stakeholders and external clients.Act as the main point of contact for client engagements, addressing their cybersecurity needs and concerns throughout the project lifecycle.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in technical project management.Cybersecurity or Information Security experience a plus.Certifications (preferred): PMP, CISM, CISSP, or similar project management and security certifications.Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and regulations (e.g., NIST, PCI DSS, HIPAA, ISO 27001).Experience in project management software.Experience with Asana or Mavenlink/Kantata a plus.Strong communication and client-facing skills.Benefits:Based on location, benefits may include:Medical and Vision InsuranceDental InsuranceUnlimited PTO401(k)Tuition ReimbursementPaid Parental Leave& More!Our commitment to equity, equal opportunity, inclusion, and diversity is part of our broader commitment to respecting fundamental human rights across our value chain.
