That's one reason why diversity and inclusion are core to our business.What You’ll Be Doing:Shape the technical aspects and design of Evolent’s technology capabilities and products.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including solution strategy, business operations, engineering, quality assurance, and IT.Define, document, and communicate technical requirements via user stories, definitions of done, use cases, and acceptance criteria.Work with operational stakeholders to elicit, document, and review business needs and expectations.Assist in the development of business cases, vision and objectives, scope statements, detailed requirements, and user stories.Participate in issue/risk mitigation and creative solutioning.Communicate effectively with relevant parties throughout all phases of development.Provide specialized technical and business knowledge to application development and enhancement projects.Participate in user acceptance testing and systems sign-off.Alert product managers to potential risks and issues of importance.Coordinate and build strong teamwork across scrum teams, product, and engineering.Familiarity with agile scrum methodologies.The Experience You’ll Need (Required):Bachelor's Degree.2+ years’ experience in healthcare, operations, IT business analyst, and/or product management.Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and track multiple tasks.Team player that is assertive, passionate, and goal-oriented.Proven track record in establishing strong relationships with stakeholders.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong analytical and research skills.Microsoft Office experience (Excel, Visio).Understanding of healthcare data formats and grouper technologies is preferred.Understanding of Agile Methodologies is preferred.Experience writing product documentation is preferred.Experience using JIRA and Confluence is preferred.Technical Requirements:We require that all employees have high-speed internet over 10 Mbps and, specifically for call center employees, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router.Evolent is an equal opportunity employer and considers all qualified applicants equally without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran status, or disability status.The expected base salary/wage range for this position is $85,000 - 115,000.
