Come work with us if you like to tackle big problems and make a meaningful difference in people's lives.What You’ll Do:Define and deliver roadmap initiatives for the Upgrade Investor platformWork closely with the operations team to monitor, troubleshoot and solve issues on the Investor platformAnalyze the impact of product features and define key metrics for successWork with other product, engineering, and design teams to support new credit productsServe as a subject matter expert for enhancements within the investor areaWhat We Look For:1-2 years of product management experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to develop strong relationships across organizational stakeholdersProficiency with product development tools, SQL, Tableau etc.Nice to Have:Experience in lending industry and/or FintechExperience with capital markets and/or bankingWhat We Offer You:Competitive salary and stock option plan100% paid coverage of medical, dental and vision insuranceFlexible PTOOpportunities for professional growth and developmentPaid parental leaveHealth & wellness initiativesThe compensation range of this position in San Francisco, CA is USD $160,000 - $180,000 annually plus bonus, equity and benefits.
