Human Resources DirectorThe Human Resources Director is an expert at understanding how best in class talent drives the organization’s success. The HR Director drives organizational excellence by utilizing their knowledge of the business and competitive marketplace, influencing key business decisions, applying data analytics, leveraging built relationships, and utilizing the broader HR organization to execute.
The HR Director understands the business beyond the HR function and influences the overall organization to ensure superior operations and business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Managing all responsibilities through strong project management approach, tools and deadline driven philosophy.
Developing and maintaining the control management SharePoint site, inclusive of content, links, enhanced functionality and other tools available through the site for our global HR Community.
Develop and maintain the global HR Control Testing tool developed through SharePoint in support of the on-going control testing process. Make enhancements to the tool to improve the user experience as well as align with firm wide requirement changes as needed.
Developing and maintaining a robust Control Management dashboard through Tableau, connected to the firmwide Controls Room data source. Develop visualizations to properly display our portfolio in a simple yet meaningful manner. Enhance metrics and scorecard capabilities to track progress, spot trends and themes and identify proactive measures and opportunities to further mitigate risk.
Lead the template management, content collection and presentation material creation for monthly executive Control Committee’s and Forums.
Work with manager to develop Control Management presentations to be presented by the Global Head of Human Resources.
Support the multi-year HR Technology Transformation for the Control Management Organization.
Complete monthly and quarterly Control Management reporting requirements.
Train Control Management Team on how to utilize tools and technology more effectively to improve skills and support clients more efficiently.
Understand and comply with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or Technical certification
2-4 years of Human Resources experience preferred
2-4 years of controls, compliance, risk experience preferred
Minimum of 5+ years of technology development experience with SharePoint and Tableau
Strongly proficient in Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint.
Solid understanding of internal control concepts and risks (Business and Technology)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex and sensitive issues to senior management in a persuasive manner
Exceptional critical thinking, project management, analytical and communication skills (i.e. communicate effectively at all levels of the organization);
Possess sense of urgency, intellectual curiosity, resourcefulness, excellent analytical and problem solving skills, ability to synthesize large amounts of information and propose recommendations;
Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business environment, quickly assess situations, and capitalize on change;
Individual must be results driven, have attention to detail, has passion for driving best practices, and skilled at diplomatically breaking down barriers and obstacles;
Demonstrated experience as a key contributing member of a high performing organization;
Works well individually and in teams, shares information, supports colleagues and encourages participation.
