As the Principal SASE Architect, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) solutions with a focus on Microsoft technologies. You will work closely with our clients to understand their security needs, develop strategies that leverage Microsoft’s ecosystem, and ensure that our SASE architecture meets the highest standards of security, performance, and scalability.Primary Responsibilities

SASE Solution Design: Lead the design and architecture of SASE solutions with a strong emphasis on Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Microsoft 365, and related security frameworks.Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their security requirements, conduct assessments, and translate business needs into technical solutions.Microsoft Integration: Ensure seamless integration of SASE solutions with Microsoft products and services, including Azure AD, Microsoft Defender, and Azure Sentinel.Best Practices: Develop and enforce best practices for SASE implementation, focusing on security, scalability, and performance within the Microsoft environment.Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including network engineers, security analysts, and cloud architects, to deliver comprehensive SASE solutions.Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in SASE and Microsoft technologies, and continuously enhance our service offerings.Leadership: Mentor and guide other architects and engineers, providing technical leadership and expertise.Documentation: Create detailed architectural documentation, including design blueprints, technical specifications, and implementation guides.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, CISSP) are highly desirable.Experience: At least 10 years of experience in IT architecture and design, with a focus on network security and cloud solutions. At least 5 years of experience specifically with Microsoft technologies.Expertise: Deep understanding of SASE architecture and principles, with hands-on experience in designing and implementing SASE solutions.Strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Entra, and Azure Sentinel.Knowledge of third-party SASE vendors and how they integrate with Microsoft technologies.Extensive knowledge of security protocols, encryption standards, and network security practices.Experience with cloud-native security solutions and Zero Trust architecture.Familiar with Azure Networking services, such as Virtual Networks, ExpressRoute, Load Balancers, Application Gateway, Firewall, etc.Familiarity with automation and orchestration tools to streamline SASE deployments.Proven ability to lead complex projects, mentor team members, and drive technical innovation.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, or similar are preferred.Requisition id: 48819Relocation: NoSealed Air is committed to attracting, selecting, and developing talent that reflects the diversity of the communities and customers we serve.
