team. Known for its expertise in toxic torts, product liability, local government issues, general liability, and commercial litigation, the firm takes a team-oriented approach to client service, aligning closely with clients to advance their interests across a variety of sectors. We aim to deliver exceptional results with a focus on value.Primary Responsibilities:Oversee local and national accounts throughout California.Manage litigation caseloads independently from start to finish.Conduct depositions and prepare witnesses for both deposition and trial.Review, analyze, and respond to discovery requests and pleadings.Prepare and file court documents, including e-filing.Provide comprehensive trial preparation and support.Maintain accurate and detailed time records.Candidate Requirements:At least two years of experience in complex litigation, toxic tort, or environmental liability.Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school with admission to the California Bar.Strong skills in motion practice and depositions, with experience leading plaintiff and expert depositions.Highly organized and capable of independent work.Excellent research and writing skills.Proven ability to multitask and analyze complex issues effectively.Salary Range:
$130,000 - $150,000
