Job Description:The Role:We are seeking a best-in-class Finance Leader for the Microcontamination Control (MC) Division to join our team at our site in Billerica, MA. This role will partner with the Entegris CFO, the President of the MC division, the MC leadership team and other senior leaders, in conjunction with his/her team, to generate insights that impact division and enterprise level financial performance and value creation.

With financial responsibility for over $1.1B revenue, the Finance Leader will act as a financial, strategic, and operationally focused leader. This position will provide financial analysis to support the growth initiatives of the division and drive monthly, quarterly and annual P&L and cash flow results. Responsibilities include leading short- and long-range financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting, driving efficient capital allocation, and focusing on continuous improvement of financial processes, financial analytics and management reporting. This position will partner with cross-functional areas including pricing, sales, operations, research & development, as well as the Corporate Finance team.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on, collaborative leader and analytical thinker with broad finance experience. He/she will have the ability to dig into the detail while maintaining a strategic perspective on business objectives. This person will be an integral part of driving continuous process improvement to further strengthen the MC division’s and Entegris’ financial capabilities. This role will continue to build, develop, and coach the MC finance organization, elevating business partnering and financial skills.

What You Will Do:

Lead the MC finance team to provide business insights and value-added analytics to the Entegris CFO, MC President and MC Leadership team to drive business outcomes and support decision making.

Partner effectively with cross-functional areas including pricing, sales, operations, research & development, as well as the Corporate Finance team to drive results.

Strengthen financial objectives by enhancing relationships, facilitating cross-team discussions and working through process gaps.

Challenge the status quo and offer actionable ideas.

Play an important role in developing and implementing the MC strategy.

Financial analysis/planning/forecasting/reporting/controls:

Partner with the business to deliver monthly, quarterly and annual P&L and cash flow results; oversee monthly close process.

Lead all aspects of MC FP&A including financial planning and forecasting, P&L analysis and management reporting.

Analytically support capital allocation decision making.

Lead the annual MC planning and forecasting process ensuring strong connectivity with the long-range strategic plan and cross-functional teams; drive improvements in efficiency, accuracy and transparency.

Develop multi-year financial models in support of strategic planning and business development activities.

Support manufacturing efficiency and inventory management through partnership with the Operations Finance team to drive improved manufacturing profitability.

Partner with the Corporate Finance team to utilize technology to provide best-in-class finance support; drive continuous improvement of financial processes.

What We Seek:Senior Finance Leadership: 15+ years of increasingly senior finance responsibility which includes experience across P&L and cash flow management, finance planning and analysis, and operations. Leading financial teams in a global, complex organization at scale.

Strong Leadership Skills: A proven business partner with ability to influence and communicate across a large, global, public company; builds consensus, creates opportunities and connects dots but also challenges status quo and seeks ways to add value beyond finance function.

Global Manufacturing Experience: Manufacturing experience, with a significant footprint in the US and Asia will be considered an asset.

Operational Mindset / Hands-On Transformation: Operational finance mindset focused on driving business outcomes. Digs into details while maintaining perspective on business objectives. Adapts to different situations rapidly and is comfortable bringing an active hands-on approach to projects/initiatives.

Education / Credentials: A bachelor’s degree is required and ideally is supplemented with a CPA and/or MBA.
