With a cap of only 500 patients, each physician truly gets to know their patients and foster meaningful relationships with both patients and their care team.Position Details:

In office 4 days/week, with 1 day virtualAverage of only 8-10 visits/dayNo insurance billingCare for members includes chronic disease management and acute outpatient care as well as comprehensive annual preventive health physical examinationsNo in-person night or weekend responsibilitiesNo inpatient rounding responsibilitiesProvide 24/7 virtual access to members for after-hours urgent needsOpportunities to craft your scope of practice to your unique skillsetBenefits:
