Zayo serves wireless and wireline carriers, media, tech, content, finance, healthcare and other large enterprises.Position: IAM Security EngineerZayo is seeking an IAM Security Engineer to protect Zayo computer networks from cybersecurity attacks and unauthorized access. The IAM Security Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions to ensure secure and efficient access to systems and data across the organization. Partners with IT and Cybersecurity architects and engineers, working groups, project teams and application owners to support business and regulatory objectives.Responsibilities:Design, implement, and manage IAM solutions, including identity lifecycle management, single sign-on (SSO), and multi-factor authentication (MFA).Manage Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) processes, ensuring proper access controls and compliance with regulatory requirements.Implement and oversee Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions to secure and manage privileged accounts and access.Conduct regular audits of IAM, IGA, and PAM systems to ensure compliance with policies and standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define access control requirements and implement role-based access controls (RBAC).Monitor and analyze IAM systems for potential security vulnerabilities and breaches.Develop and maintain IAM documentation, including policies, procedures, and system configurations.Provide technical support and training for IAM tools and processes to end-users and stakeholders.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IAM, IGA, and PAM technologies and methodologies.Participate in incident response and remediation efforts related to IAM, IGA, and PAM.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, programming, database administration, or a related field.Minimum of three (3) years of experience in IAM, IGA, and PAM solutions, such as Azure AD, Okta, SailPoint, or similar platforms.Strong understanding of security frameworks and regulations (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR).Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation tasks.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and collaboration skills.IAM, IGA, or PAM certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, Certified Identity Management Professional).Familiarity with cloud security practices and technologies.Experience with API integrations and directory services (e.g., LDAP, Active Directory).Base Salary Range:
