The ideal candidate will promote state-of-the-art comms network design, development, and operations, collaborating with IT mission partners to ensure COMSEC requirements are included in the early design stages of IT solutions across the Intelligence Community.Required Skills:Minimum 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 10 years of relevant experience.Demonstrated experience dealing with customers.Experience developing global communications applications.Strong interpersonal skills.Experience developing scalable applications for stationary and mobile devices.Experience with applications facilitating data between on-prem and cloud-based devices.Experience with application frameworks (Spring Boot, NodeJS-NestJS) and developing applications with Node.js.Hands-on experience with cloud technology (AWS / C2S).Experience with web services (REST) and service-oriented architecture (SOA).Experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle / Postgres).Experience in a Linux environment (e.g., Bash scripting, VI).Ability to work well with others and independently.Ability to adapt in a fast-paced work environment.Experience in an Agile environment.Familiarity with industry-standard security practices and regulations (NSI/NIST-ITL, NIST SP 800, ICD 503).Qualifications We Value:Typically requires Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of prior relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and 5 years of relevant experience OR in absence of a degree, 11 years of relevant experience.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Problem-solving capabilities and knowledge sharing.Experience with SWCM tools and scripting programming languages (e.g., Perl, Python, Ruby).Experience with Continuous Improvement, Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) concepts.Database / SWCM tool administration experience.Proven experience with configuration management concepts.Experience with software industry best practices (CMMI).Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures.Salary Range:

$96,000 - $200,000 USDBenefits:
