What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):Provide Tier 2 support for the CXM Resolvers Team, troubleshooting user tickets for enterprise systems such as D365, Workday, Concur, and WorkfrontResolve technical incidents and tasks within established service level agreementsDocument standard operating procedures for repeatable tasksCollaborate with various teams to identify and resolve common issuesAnalyze tickets and identify areas for improvement, developing solutions accordingly
What is Required (Qualifications):Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or IT3+ years of experience with ERP systems, specifically D365 or similarExperience as a Financial Analyst or AccountantStrong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasksExcellent communication skills and a desire to provide top-tier customer service
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):Experience working in a remote team environmentFamiliarity with additional operational platforms and toolsBackground in process documentation and improvement initiativesCertification in relevant financial or IT disciplinesKnowledge of customer experience management principles
