Infosys is seeking an

Azure AD Security Lead.

In this position, you will be responsible for deployment and operational management. This candidate will interface with key stakeholders and successfully deliver challenging data security solutions for the client.

Required Qualifications :

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of

Richardson, TX ,

Raleigh, NC ,

Hartford, CT , or

Indianapolis, IN , or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.

At least 3 years of experience in Azure

AD, Azure AD Connect, RLVDS.

Knowledge on

AAD Connect Synchronization rules,

Delta Synchronization, Full Synchronization, Microsoft, and On-premises Connectors.

Experience on various authentication protocols

SSO, MFA,

and identity protocols

SAML, OIDC, SSL.

Well-versed with authorization types like API Key, Basic Auth, OAuth.

Basic knowledge on API, Graph APIs, and able to work with REST, SOAP.

Good knowledge on certificate management.

Basic knowledge and hands-on experience with PowerShell.

Basic knowledge on MFA management, RSA/Hard token management, PIM, and Sentinel in Azure.

Good hands-on experience in Azure AD Connect upgrade, resolving synchronization errors, and BAU activities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Work closely with client line managers and technical teams.

Troubleshoot incidents and recommend resolutions.

Drive and resolve any P1/P2 incident resolution in Azure AD landscape.

Update the SOPs on a regular basis, especially on emerging issues.

Recommend periodic product upgrades and work on any change request implementation plans.

Define standards and policies for the deployment and operation of all in-scope infrastructure.

Meet with key stakeholders, e.g., Technology Managers and the Client, and provide project updates and metrics.

Familiar with IT infrastructure capacity planning.

Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face.
