JOB DESCRIPTIONAs a Systems Engineer, Level 3, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex computer systems within a hybrid cloud and non-cloud enterprise environment ensuring the highest level of systems and infrastructure availability. The ideal candidate will be able to reliably deliver mission-critical infrastructure with an eye toward accessibility, optimization, and security.

Job Duties
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct systems upgrades and migrations.
Troubleshoot by identifying the root cause of issues/problems, defining a resolution, and working to successfully resolve.
Apply a deep understanding of system administration, infrastructure, and network architecture to ensure efficient, reliable, and optimal systems operations and uptime.
Perform regular systems backups and disaster recovery procedures.
Configure and Maintain network security measures, including firewalls and intrusion detection systems.
Conduct system performance analysis and capacity planning to ensure scalability.
Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.
Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education : Bachelor’s degree in relevant major
Certification(s) : Security+, MCSE or CCNP
Experience : Minimum 6 years working in a Systems Engineer or similar role with experience in:
Network infrastructure and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
System administration, including Windows and Linux operating systems.
Virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V.
AWS and/or Azure cloud computing platforms.
Network security principles and best practices.
Ability to successfully apply problem-solving and analytical skills, including troubleshooting problems and identifying root cause.
Reliably working both independently and as a member of a team with the ability to easily transition between the two.
Demonstrating strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
