You will work closely with cross-functional teams across the enterprise to understand business problems, develop hypotheses, and test those hypotheses with data.How You'll Succeed:Develop and implement machine learning algorithms to analyze large data setsCollaborate with stakeholders to understand business problems and provide data-driven solutionsCommunicate insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholdersConduct research to identify emerging trends and technologiesManage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneouslyKey Responsibilities:Solve complex business problems with advanced analytics and AI/ML methodsDevelop and implement predictive modelsCommunicate insights and recommendations to stakeholdersCollaborate with cross-functional teamsStay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data scienceEnsure data quality and accuracyWhat You Should Bring:Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or RExperience with machine learning algorithms and statistical modelingFamiliarity with data visualizationStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentYour Basic Qualifications:Ph.D. in Statistics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics focusing on Numerical Analysis, High Performance Computing, Operations Research, Physics, Engineering or quantitative related fieldOR Master in Statistics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field with at least 4 years related working experience.Experience with machine learning algorithms and statistical modelingProficiency in programming languages such as Python or RPreferred Qualifications:Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work with diverse data sources and data typesPhD in a relevant fieldExperience handling and analyzing clinical biomarker data and clinical trial dataExperience working with time-series dataExperience with reinforcement learningFamiliarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or AzureStrong leadership and project management skills
