We need your help.Our team is looking for an Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM). In this role you will focus on the cybersecurity aspects of system design to deal with cyber-related disruptions, minimizing misuse and malicious behavior, while supporting Department of Defense (DoD) agencies, such as HQ Air Force, Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) and Military Compartments efforts. The position will provide “day-to-day” support for Collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Access Program (SAP) activities.Required Skills:

Perform oversight of the development, implementation, and evaluation of information system security program policy; special emphasis placed upon integration of existing SAP network infrastructures, advise program managers on security testing methodologies and processes, evaluate certification documentation and provide written recommendations for accreditations, periodically review system security to accommodate changes to policy or technology.The ISSM will act as the primary security advisor to the Program Manager (PM), Authorization Official (AO), and Information System Owner (ISO). In addition, the role will have oversight of a Cybersecurity Team.Utilize Joint Special Access Program Implementation Guide (JSIG) / Risk Management Framework (RMF) to achieve and maintain Authorization to Operate (ATO), Interim Authorization To Test (IATT), and Authority to Connect (ATC) for all existing and new Information Systems (IS) that require accreditation to include on premise and cloud platforms.Ability to lead and manage the Cybersecurity Program and personnel.Strong experience with DoD and United States Space Force (USSF) Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes/procedures.Hands-on experience enforcing information protection policies for all environments.Experience with task management, metrics collection, and status reporting to management.Strong ability to produce and maintain varied technical documentation.Experience with Assured File Transfers (AFTs), IS sanitization and destruction procedures, Personal Electronic Devices (PEDs), contaminations, incident response, virus scanning, privileged user access, and hardware/software configuration management.100% onsite is required in Colorado Springs, CO.Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Cybersecurity or other relevant Engineering field from an accredited university with a minimum of 15 years of experience.Top Secret (TS) security clearance with eligibility for Secret Compartmented Information (SCI).Willingness to submit to a Counterintelligence polygraph to achieve SAP security Clearance within 6 months of hire.Possess a DoD 8140.03/8570.01 Information Assurance Manager III certification or able to obtain within 6 months of hire: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), GIAC Security Leadership Certification (GSLC), or Chief Information Security Officer Certification (CCISO).Expert knowledge and hands-on experience with Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS), Host Based Security System (HBSS) / Trellix.Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively interact with numerous DOD, military/civilian personnel and industry partners.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).Excellent oral and written communication skills.Desired Skills:

Experience with DEVOPS / DEVSEOPS operations and requirements.Knowledge of cyber tools such as Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems, vulnerability detection, scripting languages and/or programming languages.Knowledge of Cloud Computing such as Amazon AWS, and Microsoft Azure platforms.Working knowledge of cloud development tools such as GitLab, Artifactory, JIRA & SonarQube.Minimum Clearance Required to Start:
