We look for people who have a safety-first mindset, who are collaborative team players, who deliver on their commitments, act with integrity, and who support inclusion.Working at Nutrien will provide you an opportunity to help us raise the expectation of what an agriculture company can be and grow your career.What you will do:Own and drive SAP solutions to support Nutrien Ag Solutions Schedule to Deliver business functionWork either individually or alongside functional architects and analysts to design and implement SAP solutions that meet business requirements, follow SAP best practice, and enrich the user experienceDetermine the optimal approach to develop and deliver required functionality from financial, architectural, operational perspectivesEnsure integrity of all solutions in the Schedule to Deliver space through appropriate testing and quality assurance practicesResponsible for working with, and providing direction to, 3rd party providers on SAP initiativesWork with senior business leaders to facilitate the business strategy with technology by developing a deep understanding of strategy, process, and business needsHost and drive interactive working sessions with business stakeholders to achieve solution alignment such as blue printing, business confirmation, or testing workshopsAssist with the prioritization of demand items in the S2D spaceDirectly involved in optimized SAP solution delivery, both planning and executionDevelop and mentor junior team membersWhat you will bring:Minimum 15 years practical experience in SAP functional solution design and deliveryMinimum 3 years in a senior lead role either directly or indirectly leading a team of SAP professionalsUndergraduate degree or diploma from a recognized university or technical school in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, or related equivalentHands on functional experience working in the following SAP applications/modules: S/4HANA, TM, IM, EWM, LEProven track record of successful SAP implementations as a Functional Lead/Lead ArchitectHistory of designing complex SAP solutions to enable unique business processesExperience in SAP development estimation and using best practices in SAP solution deliveryStrategic and flexible thinker who can implement timely and workable solutions in a developing and dynamic environmentExceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, including strong presentation skills with experience presenting and fielding questions from senior leadersAbility to interact with all levels of business stakeholders, from executive to field staffWillingness to learn, teach, and share information with teammates, peers, management, and usersSalary: $134,000 - $184,250 USD. This range is estimated for a Sr. Manager, SAP Functional Lead, Schedule to Deliver in Loveland, CO. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.We provide an attractive benefits package that includes comprehensive medical, dental, vision coverage, and life insurance as well as disability coverage for positions working more than 30 hours per week.
