Job Description
Minimum Requirements:Minimum 5 years of hands-on skills on one or more of the following technologies: Checkpoint or Cisco firewall; Cisco switch; Web Application Firewall such as Barracuda. Good hands-on experience in configuring firewall policies, VPN access, Intrusion Prevention system (IPS), Intrusion detection system (IDS), Web application firewall.Minimum 3 years hands-on experience on enterprise load balancer such as F5.Experience in Upgrades, Solution designing and implementation of various security products.Demonstrated knowledge of ITIL principles and processes.Demonstrated knowledge of security domains and best practices.Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, VISIO and PowerPoint.Strong written and verbal communications skills with the demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with peers and communicate at all levels within the organization.Ability to provide Tier 3 support and manage complex and escalated tickets in production environment.Additional Information
