Based in Chicago with advisors across the U.S., we operate as a registered investment advisor (RIA).Your Future TeamThe Learning and Development Manager will play a critical role to design and implement comprehensive training programs that support employee growth and development. The role will collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to conduct needs analyses and develop targeted programs to address identified gaps. Partners with people leaders to create skill-based career paths and drive engagement in our Learning Management System. The role will also play a key role in driving performance management initiatives.What You'll DoPartner with people leaders to develop skill-based career paths and individual learning and development, driving increased engagement into our Learning Management System.Design and implement training programs to support employee growth and development. Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs by increasing proficiencies in areas listed in their development plans.Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to conduct analysis of training needs and develop targeted training programs to address identified gaps.Deploy various learning methods companywide such as development and leadership programs and curated training programs depending on Hightower’s needs. Measured by post-training satisfaction, and increased proficiencies in skills.What You'll BringBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.5+ years of experience designing and implementing employee development programs.2 years of experience with Cornerstone or equivalent LMS system.Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SPHR) are a plus.What We OfferCoverage on the first day of employment for medical, dental, and vision insurance.Paid parental leave (16 weeks for primary caregiver and 8 weeks for secondary caregiver).Flexible PTO plan.Hybrid model work schedule (minimum of 50% in office).401k matching plan.HSA employer contributions.Student loan assistance.AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER:
