Visit hospital units, lead support groups, and be the strong source of guidance and compassion for patients facing life-altering conditions.MANAGER PASTORAL CARE /PASTORAL EDUCATIONWe are seeking a skilled, compassionate Chaplain to oversee, implement, and serve the religious and spiritual care offered to patients, their loved ones and staff. This role also serves as a resource to colleagues, providing education on religious needs and observances according to various faith traditions.Join a dedicated team of staff members and help impact the lives of patients from across the world. Lead a team of staff chaplains, part-time and per diem chaplains, contracted chaplains and volunteer chaplains. Supervise programs of ACPE Clinical Pastoral Education in accordance with acknowledged professional standards.REQUIRED CRITERIAMaster's Degree or Bachelor’s degree with equivalent education required.Must have a minimum of four completed units of ACPE clinical pastoral education.ACPE Certified Educator preferred.Board certification by a certifying body recognized by the Spiritual Care Collaborative such as APC (Association for Professional Chaplains), NACC (National Association of Catholic Chaplains), NAJC (National Association of Jewish Chaplains), etc., or appropriate equivalency approved by the Corporate Director of Spiritual Care and Chaplaincy.3-5 years experience that includes chaplaincy, administration, and budget oversight.Administrative, management, and leadership experience.Join a healthcare system where employee engagement is at an all-time high.
