About The Position
Develop, configure, expand, and maintain the Ameren SailPoint IIQ solution
Share knowledge on key principles of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) with knowledge in the areas of role-based provisioning/de-provisioning, access requests, access review/certifications
Incorporate compliance requirements into systems, processes and documentation
Key responsibilities include:
Solution Configuration
Configure SailPoint IIQ based on business requests and/or requirements (i.e., Add new integrations following standard patterns)
Expanded support of the analysis, design, coding, testing, configuration and modification of SailPoint IIQ products or enhancements using various programming languages, technologies and development methodologies
Major role on upgrades, product fixes/patches, new integrations
Software Development/scripting
Develop and/or script to build connections to or gather information from systems
Maintain appropriate security access and protection, in compliance with existing security policies and best practices
Awareness of and adherence to all compliance/regulatory frameworks (i.e., SOX, NERC, etc.)
This role will also liaison with other Digital teams and be a technical contact for vendor relationships
Solution Support/Incident Management
Manage, maintain, and monitor SailPoint IIQ environment and tools, ensuring the systems stay current and are running efficiently, including applying appropriate tuning and updates as necessary
Third Tier support - Assist the P1 and P2 team members with incidents that require more advanced troubleshooting
Advanced troubleshooting/diagnosis of issues
Participate in Problem Management investigations
Act as the Technical Lead for critical incident calls
Begin to work with vendor Engineers and support
Security & Compliance
Aware of security and compliance requirements at Ameren
Design, code and configure applications to meet NERC CIP requirements, Ameren Identity Policies and other security and compliance requirements
Knowledge Management
Begin to take ownership of documentation - user documentation, service desk, any development/coding/scripts, support documentation
Complete technical documentation for testing, QA, training, troubleshooting, operating, and/or procedures for installation and maintenance
Begin to enforce the documentation requirements
Vendor Engagement
Primary interaction resource point w/ product and services vendors
Bring IGA process / technology SME expertise across a broad range of areas to enable vendor success
Lead IGA Ameren/Vendor design and project meetings – clear understanding of roadmap requirements
Broad product/service vendor project responsibility and ownership – a central resource for vendors to understand requirements and Ameren context
Primary vendor engagement role – STRATEGIC / ACCOUNTABLE PARTNER
Co-worker Development
Coach less experienced co-workers and provides feedback to enhance skills, and knowledge
Mentor less experienced co-workers
Support training and college recruiting for co-workers
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in engineering, mathematics, computer science or business
5+ years of relevant experience
Consideration will be given to candidates with nine or more years of relevant experience in lieu of the degree requirement
