Enterprise IT Risk Management Regional Lead

Schneider Electric is seeking an Enterprise-IT Regional Risk Leader to oversee internal and external Risk Management across the Region and assigned Domains. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the most critical risks are well understood and aligned with acceptable risk tolerance. This role involves leading a team within the Region and assigned Domain space.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate both internal and external risks associated with the Global/International Region and assigned Domains.Build partnerships across Ent-IT, Domains, and BU's by launching risk review campaigns to understand strategic risks in the Ent-IT space within the International Region and assigned Domains.Define, identify, and assess risks to the Ent-IT organization, infrastructure, International Region, and assigned Domains. This includes analyzing risk likelihood, criticality, and impact, and developing strategies to minimize harm.Create Key Internal Controls (KICs) of risk within the focused space of the International region and assigned domains. Deploy, implement, and maintain KIC's to establish deep visibility to the evolving risk landscape within the focused area.Measure, monitor, and report across the focused International region and assigned domains to ensure proper visibility to risks are maintained, understood, and properly mitigated as required. Thought leadership associated with risk in evolving areas impacting International region and assigned domains may be required.Provide overall leadership of the Global/International Team in planning delivery of solutions; answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members; teaching improved processes; and mentoring team members. Manage a Global Team of approximately 10 persons located across all regions.Establish a deeper understanding of Ent-IT Risks across the Global/Regional/Domain footprints. This will include global business engagement and establishing partnerships/global collaboration across organizations including Ent-IT, Security Governance, SOC, and BU partners to influence decisions regarding overall management of Ent-IT Risk.Determine Risk Exposure by evaluating situations of in-scope applications/platforms/capabilities (internal and via 3rd party/vendors/SaaS); researching information security standards, evaluating overall risk assessments and their technical platforms/hosting arrangements/security practices.Formulate standard/consistent reporting practices for communication/reporting of findings and progress. This will include exposure and interaction with global Executive level leaders.

Skills & Experience:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Risk Management, Business Administration, or Cyber Security.8-10+ years of work-related experience in risk management/cyber security required.Experience in working with international organizations and collaborating with global teams strongly recommended.Multilingual with English required.
