Senior Financial AnalystARG is conducting a search for a dynamic finance team that has a need for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst (3-5 years). Within this global business, you will be afforded the opportunity to take the lead on budgeting, forecasting, reporting, preparing monthly and quarterly board presentations, and conducting variance analyses, among other things. Responsibilities:Lead the annual budgeting process, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.Coordinate financials for the 3-year strategic plan.Maintain and update the five-year global interactive financial model.Analyze contribution margins, gross profit, and cost savings for products.Lead quarterly forecasting and identify variances in profitability statements.Develop financial reports for forecasting, trending, and results analysis.Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data through effective controls.Ensure compliance with management decision processes.
QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting3+ years' of relevant experienceProficient in Microsoft ExcelPower BI experience preferredStrong quantitative financial skills
