Title:
Project Control Analyst

Responsibilities:
Research and analyze data to aid the overall goals of each program by tracking the budget, forecasting financial needs, monitoring and reporting outcome data, tracking compliance to corporate and legal regulations, and doing ad hoc data analysis for program management
Define and communicate project budgets
Identify and resolve risks and financial discrepancies or variances
Oversee project closings and update processes
Create financial reports and forecasts, and fit them to known trends
Prepare and analyze a variety of reports related to the status of funds to include commitments, obligations, and liquidations; travel, staff salaries, and other workload indicators
Consolidate data for viable overview of financial status of programs in various formats
Advise program management and corporate staff on the status of availability of funds in various accounts; evaluates the impact of existing and proposed programs based on available resources and drafts recommendations for alternative courses of action
As needed, completes special projects pertaining to budget and financial management functions and processes
Assist with developing pricing strategies and cost/price models based upon current business pursuits and market dynamics
Prepare written and verbal reports for internal stakeholders as well as government customers regarding program performance
Perform other financial activities such as invoicing support, accruals, and program financial revenue projections and variance analysis
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or related discipline, with a minimum of seven (7) years of directly related experience
Experience working in a government contractor setting
Extensive knowledge of the development, maintenance, and/or tracking of Work Breakdown Structures and related dictionaries
Experience with work authorization process, funding management, subcontractor management, material control, cost collection, technical performance, integrated analysis/reporting, forecasting, and EAC analysis
The ability to work independently while contributing to the team through reporting, analyzing, and estimating
Must be detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of effectively assessing data
Must be extremely organized, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with personnel on all levels of the organization
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
Experience in Unanet Project Tracking a plus
Secret or higher clearance required
