Our Am Law 100 client is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of public finance experience to join the Finance Practice Group in their Chicago, Detroit, Houston, or Milwaukee office. The attorneys represent borrowers, issuers, financial institutions as underwriters and direct purchasers, and credit and liquidity providers on public finance transactions.Qualified candidates must have mid-level bond counsel, lender’s counsel, and disclosure counsel experience and will have experience working with state agencies, municipalities, and governmental entities. The ideal candidate will have had significant exposure to the principles of tax, securities, uniform commercial code, and contract law applicable to public finance.
