Job Description
Train with Renesas to learn the semiconductor sales process to be able to perform as a full-time account manager responsible for the following:Apply both a business and technical lens to real-world problemsDevelop and execute sales strategy to maximize revenue growth, increase market share, and maintain Renesas as strategic supplierUnderstand customer strategy, organization, operations, and decision-makers in context of maximizing Renesas business share at the accountDevelop and maintain strong customer engineering, purchasing, and management relationshipsWork closely with global and cross-functional teamsOwn and drive the end-to-end business results at assigned set of customer accountsHome-office-based with frequent travel for F2F customer interactionQualifications
Minimum Requirements:Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Graduation May 2025 or sooner)Cumulative GPA 3.0 or higherGeographically flexible (Training period in Chicago for ~6 months. Final job location will be home office-based in either Midwest, Northeast, or Piedmont Atlantic regions)Preferred Qualifications:Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Computer Engineering, or Computer Engineering (Graduation May 2025 or sooner)Cumulative GPA 3.5 or higherAbility to balance technical skills with communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability to achieve results working with a teamProactive self-starterStrong detail orientationStrong personal accountability and competitive driveStrong time management skillsCompany Description

The expected annual total compensation pay range for this position is $68,000 - $108,000. This position is eligible for bonus pay. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.Renesas offers a full range of elective benefits including medical, health savings account (with applicable medical plan), dental, vision, health and/or dependent care flexible spending accounts, pre-tax commuter benefits, life insurance, AD&D, and pet insurance.
