We are seeking a dynamic individual to support the executive team of a rapidly growing cross-disciplinary biopharma company. The successful candidate will be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with exceptional multi-tasking skills to manage competing priorities. This position requires great attention to detail, organization, and professionalism, and the ability to maintain an efficient business environment. The position also requires flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, visitors, and individuals at high levels of authority.Position Description/Responsibilities
Supporting Key Executives PureTechScheduling for Executive Team: outside meetings, team meetings, potential investor meetings, and 1x1 meetings.Organizing all ongoing meetings being scheduled, while following up when needed.Maintaining calendar of CEO and other executives.Travel coordination: researching travel options (US and international), booking travel, itinerary updates/changes, expense reports, coordinating travel visas.Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years supporting C-Level executive.Experience in start-up environment strongly preferred; health and life science experience is also preferred.Demonstrated flexibility and professional maturity to readily understand priorities and anticipate needs.Must have a positive “can do” attitude, be a consummate team player, show excellent judgment as well as work well independently with minimal supervision.Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint along with experience setting up systems and databases.Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills including attention to detail.Ability to work in the office 5 days a week.
