Req #1879Thursday, August 22, 2024Summary:You will play an integral role in the day-to-day management and execution of the social media strategy across multiple accounts, with a focus on creating content and community management. You will be responsible for developing social media plans to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and support business goals.Essential Functions of the Position:Manage and maintain all social media platforms, including publishing and community management.Manage content calendars and ensure timely posting across all social media channels.Develop and source engaging content for various social media platforms, including text, images, and video.Create content briefs and work with the creative team on graphic needs.Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all social media platforms.Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews across social media platforms.Develop and manage a UGC plan.Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field preferred.3+ years of relevant social media experience.Familiarity with social media publishing, analytics, and listening tools.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (preferred), Google Drive Suite, Microsoft Office, Canva, and video editing software such as CapCut.Experience and proficiency in a variety of content creation areas for both video and static.Strong ability to write, edit and deliver a brand voice and tone including via captions and community management.Experience with and a strong understanding of a variety of social media platforms.Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.Proactive and resourceful, highly organized with strong project management skills.Strong commitment to maintaining industry best practices.
