Account Executive

is pivotal in driving the

growth

and

expansion

of our business in the

US and APAC markets , focusing on

strategic

sales and

marketing initiatives

within the

IT software development

and

IT healthcare sectors .The ideal candidate will play a vital role in identifying new opportunities, fostering client relationships, and supporting our Business Development & Marketing leadership and Global Sales team.Main AccountabilitiesClient Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with APAC partners/clients in the commercial, public, and healthcare sectors, ensuring high client satisfaction and loyalty.Serve as the main point of contact for APAC region partners/clients, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.Work with delivery teams to proactively address problems and escalations.Conduct regular check-ins with APAC region partners/clients to identify their evolving needs and provide product or service updates.Keep detailed notes on prospect and customer interactions.Manage customer data on the CRM system.Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge to be able to engage in meaningful conversations with prospects.Lead Generation & ResearchDrive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales and subsequent account conversion efforts.Actively identify and qualify new leads/business opportunities through market research and networking activities.Research market trends and customer information.Respond to inbound leads via email, conference call, or face-to-face meeting.Utilize advanced tools to source and qualify US public sector opportunities with guidance from the Business Development Manager.Collaborate with the Business Development Specialist to support lead-generation initiatives focused on expanding our presence in the APAC region.Work with technical and product specialists if necessary to address customer requirements.Provide feedback to sales management on how to decrease the sales cycle, enhance sales, and improve the company brand and reputation.Prepare and deliver customized sales presentations and product demos to prospective partners/clients in the US and APAC markets.Present the company’s services and products professionally via conference call or face-to-face meeting.Address prospective APAC partners/client pain points and demonstrate the value proposition of our solutions for their specific business challenges.Support tailor presentations to specific client needs supporting Global Sales team in presales activities.Upselling & Cross-SellingIdentify opportunities within the existing client base for upselling additional products or services.Work closely with clients to understand their current use cases and offer tailored recommendations to expand their usage of our solutions.Contract & Negotiation SupportNegotiate the terms of an agreement (including costs, delivery dates, scope of services) and closing sales.Manage client expectations, arbitrate and solve customer’s objections.Assist in drafting and negotiating contracts, ensuring that the terms meet both client expectations and company profitability goals.Work alongside the Business Development Manager to close deals and ensure a seamless transition from the sales process to client onboarding.Proposal Development & SubmissionCollaborate with Business Development and Global Sales team to prepare proposals for new business opportunities, particularly in the public sector across US market.Ensure all proposals are comprehensive and aligned with client requirements and the company’s value proposition.Job RequirementsEducation:

Bachelor’s degree in economics, Business / Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or a related field.Experience & Skills:At least 2 years of experience in client-facing roles such as business development, sales, marketing, or similar positions.Comfortable navigating uncertainty and ambiguity in business development/account management scenarios.The 2-year work experience, preferably in IT software development and consulting field.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong administration and task/document organizational skills.Proficiency in using CRM software and other digital daily office operation tools.Good knowledge of market research and analysis techniques.Good negotiation and presentation abilities.Benefits:Competitive salary, bonuses, with monthly allowances.Annual performance appraisal and salary review.13th salary and extra bonuses based on performance and profitability.Monthly entertainment and team-building allowances.Provided working tools: laptop and widescreen.Join our exceptional team and enjoy these attractive benefits.
