Job Duties and Responsibilities

DISH Wireless is currently seeking an experienced

Account Executive

to oversee performance within a designated territory encompassing

Boost Mobile

stores. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with retail store owners to enhance their business operations, ensuring full compliance across all store types throughout your assigned area. Your responsibilities will extend to project management, team leadership, and the provision of sales training and coaching to front-line sales teams. You will be responsible for cultivating valuable relationships throughout the territory with various stakeholders, including external partners, internal teams, and vendor partners. Your ability to foster these connections will play a crucial role in driving superior performance within the territory. As the primary point of contact for questions and issues at retail stores, you will be a trusted resource and advocate for retail partners. Your professionalism and expertise will be instrumental in maintaining smooth operations and resolving any concerns.Key Responsibilities:Visit retail store locations and provide coaching, and training via role plays and side-by-side selling with sales representativesInspecting and driving marketing campaigns at retail storesMaking daily calls to stores to help drive performanceReceiving calls as the first point of contact to help resolve customer escalationsMaintaining and driving accountability of Boost brand standards in all stores in the territoryUsing local knowledge and real estate contacts to identify new retail points of distributionCommunication with store owners driving their business sales performanceImplementing plans to exceed sales quota across the territoryMaintaining an expert level of product knowledge for all Boost products and services

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree and four years related work experience or eight years related work experience post-high school4+ years of sales and/or account management experience3+ years of training, relationship development, planning, or business management1+ years selling wireless products or servicesSkills and Qualifications:Bilingual Spanish is requiredMust have a valid driver’s license, three years of active driving history, completed driver’s safety training, and otherwise comply with DISH’s Driver Safety Policy and guidelinesContract or vendor relationship experienceAdapt well to change and enjoy working in a fast-paced sales environmentAvailable to quickly formulate and provide solutions for escalations that arise during retail business hoursExhibit excellent time management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneouslyAbility to provide sales and marketing counseling to owners and sales representativesDemonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skillsAble to work well individually and as a member of a teamCompensation:In addition to the annual salary, there is an uncapped commission component with a potential of $20,000 at 100% of hitting performance goalsBase salary is determined on the cost of living in the designated territory as well as years of industry experienceOther perks:Company vehicle and company gas card is provided!Free cell phone service!The most flexible schedule in wireless!

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $58,656.00/Year - $86,282.00/YearBenefits
