Scaling to $1B ARR and beyond means we need to scale a cross-sell engine that optimizes growth across multiple product lines, buyer segments, and personas across our customer base. That’s where you come in.As the cross-sell marketing team, we drive pipeline to sales by running campaigns to deepen our relationship with customers, educate them about our products, and reach out when they’re faced with a new business problem that Rippling can solve.In this role, you’ll run cross-sell marketing campaigns to our customers. You’ll target customers at key points in their lifecycle, like growing quickly, hiring a new executive, or approaching a contract renewal. You’ll also run programs to deliver value to our customers and warm them up, like sharing valuable content and tools or sending them gifts. You’ll work across channels, including emails, ads, webinars, and direct mail, and partner with our Account Management sales team to help them work their books of business.This is an apprenticeship opportunity for a go-getter and somebody who’s hungry to operate in a fast-paced environment while working with a world-class team. We don’t expect you to be a marketer, but we expect you to be a self-starter and eager to learn.What you will do
End-to-end execute marketing campaigns across channels, including emails, ads, webinars, and direct mail. This includes copywriting, audience-building, sales enablement, and performance analysis.Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams, including sales, growth, marketing operations, analytics, and brand marketing to execute your campaigns.Partner with our Account Management team on campaigns targeting their books of business, including jointly developing lists of accounts to target, workshopping copy, and evaluating performance.Monitor and report on campaign performance across relevant KPIs, then develop next steps.Execute webinars, including developing content, sourcing speakers, copywriting content and promotion materials, enabling sales, and managing day-of operations.What you will need
1-2 years of experience, preferably in marketing, demand generation, partnership marketing, digital marketing, business operations, ABM, or a related field.Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You can write punchy copy that speaks to your audience’s pain and clearly share your plans and results across the org, from executives to sales reps.Stellar project management and cross-functional abilities - you’ll collaborate across growth marketing, sales, marketing operations, brand, and other teams to execute your initiatives.Hunger to learn marketing and get your hands dirty - no task is beneath you, and you view everything as a learning opportunity to become a world-class marketer.Experience in data analysis in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, to drive business outcomes - or the willingness to ramp up quickly.Agility and speed.
