The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for development and customization. This includes coding, unit testing, building applications, and creating and modifying existing applications. The developer should have a good understanding of Apex/Visualforce, Lightning Web Component and integration technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop Apex (classes and triggers), Visualforce, (based on specific requirements) to extend Salesforce to support business requirements.

Custom User Interface development, including Visualforce pages/Lightning pages, Aura Components and Lightning Web Components.

Use Salesforce APIs to integrate with other systems.

Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write / maintain test classes for all custom development.

Testing the stability and functionality of the application.

Troubleshooting and fixing bugs.

Writing technical design document as and when required.

Skills and Qualifications:

Over 3+ years IT experience.

Proficient in Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, JavaScript.

General web development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

Solid understanding of Apex Best Practices for Custom Development.

Ideal candidate should have Salesforce Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I and Platform Developer II certification. If candidate does not have these certifications, it is expected that candidates will obtain these certifications within 6 months of joining.

Good communication skills.

Candidate should be a fast learner and willing to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Candidates will be required to train on our SCM product – GLOVIA OM.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business or closely related field or equivalent experience.

Able to work independently.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high energy, team-oriented environment.
