You know how to clear the way, attend to complex situations, and serve as a trusted liaison.In this role, you operate as the subject-matter expert on sales, access, reimbursement, and operational issues. You will:Execute and maintain contracted relationships with key accounts and customers (institutions, hospitals, IDN, and Director of Pharmacy)Utilize market resources to expand the use of the productIdentify access barriers for the product and develop a path for solutionsAchieve and/or exceed targeted business goals in an assigned region by developing, implementing, & executing an integrated business plan encompassing key accounts with the goal of maximizing market shareLeverage all national, regional, state, and local level key account market knowledge to drive business plans and strategiesMaintain compliance with all corporate and industry policies and proceduresMinimum Requirements:Minimum 7 years' commercial medical device/biotech/pharmaceutical sales experience3 years of field IDN account experienceDemonstrated knowledge of healthcare system processesValid driver's license with the ability to travel, including overnightAt Syneos Health, we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace.
