Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Infrastructure Engineer Senior Advisor to fill an open position with a Fortune 500 company based in the greater Connecticut area. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and provide advanced technical support for critical infrastructure services and components across the enterprise. As the lead technical consultant, you will be pivotal in designing, engineering, and developing information technology solutions, ensuring seamless integration and performance across complex business environments. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex infrastructure compatibility issues, contributing to design specifications, and partnering on capacity planning and budget forecasting. Serving as the primary contact for vendors, you'll provide thought leadership and technical expertise across various technologies, including mainframe, desktop, server, network, and database systems.In this role you will:Lead the design, analysis, development, and implementation of engineering infrastructure solutionsTroubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure compatibility issues based on system architecture and project requirementsPartner on capacity planning, budget forecasting, and risk assessmentsServe as the primary contact for vendors and collaborate with multiple IT and business areasBenefits and Perks

5+ years of experience in data movement and file transfer processes, preferably in the Healthcare IndustryProficiency in File Transfer Protocols (HTTPS, FTP, SSH/SFTP, AS2, AS3), IBM Sterling File Gateway, IBM Global Mailbox, SQL, and OracleStrong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and planning abilitiesShare this job.
