to our team! This is a Full-Time position and work location is in Philadelphia, PA.Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Data Modeler to join our team, responsible for developing and maintaining conceptual, logical, and physical data models that align with corporate standards and business needs. The ideal candidate will have experience with data modeling tools like Erwin, ER/Studio, or PowerDesigner, and be proficient in data mapping, reverse engineering, and metadata management.Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and enhance conceptual, logical, and physical data models.Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and development teams to gather data requirements and translate them into robust data models.Validate and refine data models with input from business subject matter experts.Design and optimize physical data models with the DBA team for high performance and scalability.Actively participate in metadata management, ensuring data quality and consistency across the organization.Key Skills and Qualifications:

Proficiency in data modeling tools like Erwin, ER/Studio, or PowerDesigner.Experience with cloud data platforms and understanding of cloud-native data modeling practices.Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.A keen aptitude for learning new tools, technologies, and methodologies as required.Experience working in a collaborative, Agile environment, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.You have the talent.
