FII USA, Inc., a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking a Server Sales Director to develop sales strategies and identify potential customers. Once a part of the team, you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks within the sales department in a remote environment and have the opportunity to display critical thinking skills to expand your career in Smart Manufacturing.
The Server Sales Director will build and maintain relationships with clients, negotiate contracts, manage a team of sales representatives, and track sales performance. Additionally, the Server Sales Director will assist the sales department as needed.
Job Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with clients
Negotiate contracts
Manage a team of sales representatives

Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations
Analyze market trends and sales data
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
Strong knowledge and experience in server sales
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Experience in managing a sales team
Remote work experience
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
